Responsabilities:
- Developing a full understanding of business, compliance, and regulatory operations in the US through interviews, business documents, procedures, and independent research.
- Learn about and exploit existing risk management processes impliemented for Inter’s Brazilian operations for implementation over US operations.
- Support each US business line in its current risk management processes and work with managers and operational staff to improve and implement improved risk management practices.
- Coordinate with data analysts in developing risk management reporting for managers and senior management.
- Coordinate with and support the US Chief Risk Officer in developing information and reports for compliance committees.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Risk, Risk Management, Risk Methods, or other related fields.
- Specific Knowledge in Risk management practices, interview techniques, risk analysis, investigative techniques.
