The Director, Product Management EHSQ Apps is responsible for ensuring we deliver on our promise to be a one-stop-shop for EHSQ global Enterprise solutions. The role will lead Product Managers and Product Owners across multiple portfolios in order to support the breadth and depth of our applications across EHS and Quality.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Own the EHSQ Applications vision and strategy
  • Support a team of Product Managers to develop the short and long-term roadmap for EHSQ Applications
  • Work with our services team to evaluate opportunities to improve the app implementation experience
  • Build and manage the P&L for Application Product investments
  • Develop compelling business cases that articulate projected ROI for new investments and a clear answer to the question, “why now?”
  • Make prioritization and trade-off decisions based on market research, analysis and Portfolio performance
  • Guide go-to-market strategies and messaging by collaborating early with product marketing and partnership team
  • Create and deliver compelling product strategy content and messages
  • Sell the vision of the Intelex EHSQ Application roadmap internally and externally to partners and customers
  • Act as an advocate for customers and partners to ensure we are solving the right problems in the right way
  • Work with Product Operations to ensure we continuously improve the way we work
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners

Technical Competencies & Experience


  • 5+ years of experience designing, deploying and monitoring EHS or Quality Management Systems
  • 5+ years of strategic product planning and product execution experience
  • People management experience; building, leading and coaching high performing teams
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to partner and collaborate cross-functionally and at all levels


  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Experience sustaining a configurable Enterprise software platform
  •  SaaS software experience
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working with large Enterprise customers



  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in sustainability, occupational health, quality management or other EHS related specialities)


  • MBA and/or Marketing Degree Qualification
  • CSP or CMQ certification
  • Project Management certifications
  • Design Thinking
  • Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, etc.)
  • Pragmatic Marketing certifications
