Position Overview

As a member of the Revenue Operations Systems and Tools team you will be part of the team responsible for the maintenance and continual improvements for the Salesforce.com platform and its related tools

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Work with the team to as a system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
  • Handle all basic administrative function including user account setup and maintenance, reports and dashboards, and other routine tasks
  • Perform regular data cleanliness tasks using salesforce.com best practice
  • Perform declarative and basic programmatic Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Process Builders, Workflow Rules, etc.)
  • Facilitate on the documentation of SFDC processes and automation rules including as workflows, process builders, and triggers
  • Assist in training of new users and growing the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
  • Work with the Analytics team to facilitate the capturing of relevant data required for corporate reporting
  • Developing prototypes and designs
  • Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, features and best practices. Including testing, evaluation and implementation.

Technical Competencies

  • CRM (ideally Salesforce.com) experience preferred but not required
  • A good grasp on object-oriented programming concepts
  • Familiarity to code commonly used industry programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and an OOP language [Java, C#, etc.]


  • A year of working/internship experience preferred but not required
  • Has experience in the nonprofit/volunteer organization preferred


  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
