We’re looking for a Head of Product with extensive experience developing business-to-business software-as-a-service products in enterprise environments. Ideally, you have been responsible for the entire product life-cycle, from strategic thinking through customer journeys to building and running product teams. You approach problems with precision, discernment, empathy and creativity.

What you will be doing:

  • Creating a clear product vision that will get us to product-market fit for an enterprise-level platform
  • Building and managing high performing teams to define our product strategy and prioritizing our technical efforts (around both engineering & design) to bring it into reality
  • Owning the innovation life-cycle from early-stage user needs research through requirements gathering and launch while advising on prototyping and development
  • Translating an understanding of the market and our customers into a product vision and turning that vision into a plan and that plan into reality
  • Weaving together an empathetic understanding of customers with your knowledge of technology and competition to create product strategies (e.g., positioning, moats, partnerships, go-to-market)
  • Prioritizing what we should build and when, in collaboration with other stakeholders

You have:

  • A strong track record of developing, implementing, launching, and managing business-to-business SaaS products in an organization in the midst of a pre- to post-product market fit transition 
  • Leadership--leading teams to innovative solutions with a track record of nurturing product talent and fostering a product-focused culture within an organization 
  • Communication--that is, product bridges engineering and business, so there is a strong need for great collaboration, but also skill in using productive conflict to drive clarity and impact
  • A strong foundation in agile methods so you can be an effective partner to the engineering teams that implement our product vision
  • You understand the technical architecture of complex applications and can work with engineers to make intelligent technical trade-offs
  • A thorough understanding of the design process and thinking, while being able to articulate and return to design’s fundamental importance to the product
  • A deep technical fluency: an ability to work through the UI and back-end
  • An entrepreneurial spirit: you are a self-starter, can identify opportunities, understand potential impact and effectively prioritize across multiple competing priorities
