The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for aiding sales and marketing to identify and optimize processes and will report to the Chief Revenue Officer

What you will Own

  • Marketing and Sales Process Optimization
  • Own the end to end process of tracking the marketing/sales funnel and operational metrics
  • Performance Metrics Analyses
  • Delivering regular insights to the business and defining areas of improvement and optimization
  • Formulation of Incentives Program
  • Evaluation of Training Needs
  • Assessment and Adoption of funnel management
  • Selection of Enablement Software and other Technology Tools
  • Sales Territory Assignment
  • Salesforce administration

Knowledge, Skills and Experience You’ll Need

  • 2-5 years in sales operations, analytics, or finance
  • Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks: proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Salesforce management and administration highly valued
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing funnel management
  • Bachelor’s degree
