The Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for developing and leading a team to build a marketing database and develop the right vehicles to optimize and measure the marketing and sales funnel.  This position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

What You Will Own

  • Inbound and outbound demand generation strategy
  • Development, measurement, and execution of outbound demand generation programs including Account Based Marketing, Webinars, Content Syndications and events
  • Website strategy development, maintenance and performance
  • Budget and demand generation plan to meet company revenue goals
  • Marketing Operations to include: Model and results for funnel management including MQL’s, SQL’s and Opportunities
  • Hiring and training

Knowledge, Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

  • 7+ years in marketing with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SaaS demand generation activities
  • You have demonstrated success in delivering programs, events, and website marketing programs for B2B enterprise software
  • You must be analytical and able to extract meaning from data and use this to optimize a team’s approach and a company’s forecast (good excel skills a plus)
  • Intimate knowledge of SFDC
  • Having worked with Sirius Decisions methodologies and metrics is a plus
  • Ability to manage and grow a team
  • Outstanding communication skills – verbal, written, presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail; proactive mind-set
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • BSc/BA in Marketing or working experience equivalent
