Integra FEC is a leading forensic data analytics firm that provides expert analysis and consulting solutions for analyzing fraud in financial markets, crypto ecosystems, and healthcare settings. Our work in investigations, litigation, and enforcement actions related to securities and financial fraud supports bringing justice to the victims.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a background and training in managing sales cycles or a business development role selling software and/or consulting services.

More about the Opportunity:

  1. Identifying, Connecting with, and Developing New Clients in New Markets:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new markets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to connect with and convert new clients.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  2. Overseeing a Process to Cultivate Existing Relationships and Increase Referrals:
    • Develop and implement a process for nurturing existing client relationships.
    • Identify opportunities for increasing referrals from existing clients.
  3. Developing and Maintaining an Outreach Calendar:
    • Create and maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including events, direct outreach, and other tools.
    • Monitor and track the effectiveness of outreach activities and adjust strategies as needed.
  4. Creating Opportunities to Demonstrate Thought Leadership:
    • Develop and implement strategies for speaking at conferences, organizing webinars, and other thought leadership activities.
    • Find opportunities to showcase Integra’s expertise and capabilities.

About You:

  • You have at least 2-3 years sales/business development work.
  • You are known for your tremendous work ethic, focus, passion, and dedication.
  • You enjoy learning technology and related services and can translate that into value for prospects.
  • You’re mission minded, curious, insightful, and perceptive.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience building clients in state and federal governments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience and training from a sales position at companies such as Dell, Oracle, Netsuite, or a similar technology firm is a plus.
