Our digital marketing team is highly analytical, moves fast and is focused on one thing: getting more people to shop for groceries using Instacart. We’re looking for a talented digital marketer to join us. What You’ll Be Doing
Drive user acquisition through programmatic display / video and mobile ad networks
Manage existing and establish new relationships with DSPs, mobile ad networks and publishers
Set-up, optimize and scale in-house campaigns, as appropriate
Partner with internal Analytics team to conduct marketing experiments and AB tests on an ongoing basis
Negotiate deals with mobile ad networks, programmatic publishers and data providers
Collaborate with Creative team to develop innovative and high-performing assets across all devices and formats
Develop a channel strategy to meet both short term and long term UA goals
Provide data-driven recommendations to scale acquisitions, efficiently
Track, report and present campaign performance with internal and external stakeholders
What You Should Already Have
3-5 years managing user acquisition campaigns across mobile ad networks and exchanges, both in-house and through external agencies
Deep knowledge in the mobile app and web advertising ecosystem (ad networks, exchanges, measurement platforms, data providers, DSPs, viewability and fraud detection solutions)
Experience negotiating deals and contractual agreements
Thorough understanding of mobile attribution including engagement identifiers (device-based, fingerprinting, IP), reconciliation factors, post-install events and more.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
Bonus: experience in the on-demand economy
