In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to define the product roadmap, features, milestones, and success metrics for a suite of platform products.

What you’ll oversee (and often do):

  • Partner with key stakeholders to define the product roadmap, features, milestones and success metrics for a suite of platform products
  • Clearly articulate and communicate the roadmap, key decisions, and relevant learnings, offering company-wide insight
  • Be responsible for delivering commerce experiences that drive revenue, conversion, retention, and customer engagement for customer-facing products
  • Identify key needs and perform gap analyses, to assess new product ideas and market opportunities
  • Manage the full product development lifecycle for your product(s)
  • Gather requirements, define specifications and write clear user stories
  • Partner with UX to understand our customers and their needs to validate ideas with existing and new customers
  • Partner with Engineering to manage agile processes and tools to improve velocity, quality, and ensure transparency
  • Develop and execute rollout plans for product success

Minimum qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive product management experience with 3+ years of experience as a people manager
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer facing e-commerce products, platforms or transactional environments
  • Great communicator and collaborator, with an ability to say “No” when required
  • Able to work across disciplines; UI/UX, Engineering, Creative, Operations, Business Intelligence
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong project management skills, favoring lean and agile software methodologies
  • Ability to write clear user stories and bug reports in collaboration with engineering
  • A self-starter, working well with little oversight and changing product requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
  • Can manage buy vs. build tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas
  • Can interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to drive actions
  • Understand the importance of design and research and how both fit into building new technologies

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with SAAS and enterprise software integrations
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel), business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and database languages (e.g. SQL)
  • Experience with Human Centered Design methods
  • Experience with Hypothesis Driven Development
  • Exposure to VR/3D development and/or startup environment
