Job Description: 

InsightRX is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and grow the company’s marketing function, with responsibility for the vision, leadership, and implementation of overall marketing and product marketing strategy. The role will require a passionate, business-oriented leader who can provide strategic leadership and management in the design and development of the major marketing initiatives that support strategic business programs and facilitate revenue growth. The ideal candidate drive demand generation, webinar growth, product marketing and messaging along with case studies, brochures, and white papers.   



  • Provide strong daily inspiration, leadership, and management to the InsightRX marketing function
  • Complete website redesign
  • Create case studies, white papers, brochures, webinars and sales decks
  • Manage external media relations and bdr agencies
  • Grow MQLs, site traffic, and market presence
  • Host webinars and increase growth
  • Partner closely with product teams in order to understand and clearly articulate value of new product releases to be responsible for the product marketing function
  • Partner with sales, accounts, CS and executive teams to design messaging and thought leadership content to be used across multiple channels
  • Own the development and segmentation of persona types, and map value proposition and messaging to customer profiles for GTM initiatives



  • Prior Marketing experience with a growth-stage, privately held organization
  • Proven dynamic leader of a technology organization
  • Strong foundation in biotech, precision medicine, or diagnostics
  • Expert knowledge of messaging, positioning and marketing best practices
  • Ability to manage external agencies
  • B2B software marketing experience
  • Experience utilizing marketing technologies such as Pardot, Mailchimp
