We are looking for a future-minded individual with a strong desire to contribute to an emerging leader in the TV and Digital measurement space. Our Measurement Solutions team helps customers transform their marketing strategy with our InnovidXP solution. This is a highly visible role, where you will have the opportunity to work internally across various teams around the globe and externally with our clients, MVPDs, brands and agencies all while making a true impact on our business success.
As Associate Director, Measurement Solutions, you will act as a leader to the Technical Project Managers (TPMs) for InnovidXP’s largest customers. You will ensure that the team aligns on client objectives, understand requirements, and oversee the implementation of the client deliverables across our omni-channel solutions. You and your team will work closely with Data Scientists, Product, Sales, Account & Technical teams to onboard clients based on their measurement goals and strategy.

This person should have experience in managing a medium sized team, supporting individual contributors in their current roles as well as future growth, so should be skilled in providing feedback and pushing for constant improvement.
What You Will Do:
- Spearhead initiatives to drive change and enhance the product serviceability and usability by identifying gaps and collaborating closely with the product and engineering teams to bridge them, ensuring the successful adoption and continuous improvement of InnovidXP.
- Champion cross-functional initiatives focusing on business process redesign, product feedback, enhancements, and customer-specific deliverables, reinforcing a culture of accountability and best practices.
- Manage a team of TPMs responsible for driving the successful onboarding, adoption and continuous usage of InnovidXP to help customers realize the business value of our measurement partnership and offerings.
- Day-to-day leadership, go-to resource, and point of escalation for TPMs across nuanced product suite; Able to answer questions, escalate effectively, solve issues, diffuse challenges and recognize wins.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity, efficiency, and collaboration, ultimately maximizing the team’s output and return on investment. Represent TPM team in cross-functional initiatives around business process redesign, product feedback and enhancements, specific customer deliverables, and more
What You Will Need:
- 3-5+ years of experience managing customer-facing delivery teams and leveraging best-in class methodologies for successful execution.
- 5+ years of experience in Ad-Tech and Measurement (or similar industry), managing complex projects and clients directly.
- Strong knowledge of Measurement ecosystem, as well as broader digital space - media buying and planning, analytics, strategy and general linear TV and digital advertising acumen.
- Translate client needs into product requirements, fostering senior-level customer relationships to guarantee satisfaction and acting as the ‘voice of the customer’ within the organization.
- Experienced in compiling, documenting and communicating client requirements to internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Custom Solutions, etc).
- Capacity, passion for, and ability to represent the value and impact of our technology on our clients, teams, and its relationship to our overall business goals.
- Currently a leader among their peers, with demonstrated ability to influence others in order to drive business results and impact.
- Experience in monitoring and assessing performance of team members; strong delegation, coaching, and mentorship skills.
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

- The base pay range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid and titled depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
- This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on specified benchmarks, in accordance with all applicable bonus terms and conditions
