This is an opportunity to be part of the marketing design team at Innovid, the world’s largest Connected TV (CTV) advertising technology platform. The Marketing Design Team lead role has an outstanding breadth of responsibility across many of Innovid’s external and internal touchpoints. The role brings a mix of marketing creative expertise and business understanding that will help shape the Innovid brand experience.
As part of the role, you will lead two marketing designers and collaborate with a cross-functional U.S.-based marketing team. The role encompasses everything from brand development to conception, all the way to design & production across different marketing channels & content formats.
The ideal candidate has experience as part of an in-house Marketing Design team within Product-led tech companies and is passionate about making complex ideas simple through compelling visual design.
This global role will report directly to our SVP, Head of Design
Responsibilities:
Instrumental in developing the look and feel of all visual output across the Innovid brand.
- Collaborate with the SVP Head of Design to maintain strategic and creative/visual thinking across various marketing and company-wide initiatives.
- Further, Develop the creative and visual identity of the Innovid brand and overarching brand guidelines.
- Elevate internal and external brand usage across other Innovid departments and initiatives as needed (i.e. - Recruiting, Learning & Development, Internal company culture).
Lead in-house Marketing Designers to deliver high-quality workManage two in-house Marketing designers
- Supervise outside vendors of graphic design, video, photography, and printing.
- Manage an effective pipeline of tasks, using creative best practices and productivity tools in order to enhance efficiency and ease of execution.
Responsible for the creative and visual conception and execution of all marketing campaigns. Conceptualize visuals for various marketing campaigns
- Create, produce, and maintain the design for all web, video, print and interactive materials across the Innovid brand.
- Review and approve designs, ensuring material effectively expresses our business goals.
- Design high-level internal and external Corporate Presentations (PPTs + Google Slides)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align design strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in creative marketing, including different aspects of visual design:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual / Communication Design or related field
- Proven experience in Leading Marketing Design Teams or Creative designers
- Experience in art direction in a product-led setting or equivalent agency-side experience.
- Understanding and experience in creating integrated and holistic visual content across all marketing channels- print, video, trade shows, digital and social media.
- Proven experience in designing compelling internal and external corporate presentations - A MUST
- Excellent Google Slides and PowerPoint Skills
- Mastery of the major Adobe Creative-Cloud tools (Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, After-Effects)
- Experience working on video and motion graphics – an advantage.
- Effectively work with senior management to discuss, design, and strategize the fulfillment of design executions
- Effectively collaborate between global cross-functional teams
- Naturally collaborative, with the ability to grow and leverage relationships at all levels
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communicator both in English and Hebrew
