About the Role

The role of the Clinical Solution Consultant is a high-impact and Prominent role within the Clinical Transformation team to serve as the clinical subject matter expert for a variety of healthcare segments leveraging population health analytics to drive value.

A Day in the Life

  • The primary purpose of this role is to deliver world-class demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Prepare and utilize the most current demonstration environment, release and integration availability to meet opportunity needs and requirements.
  • Craft positioning and messaging for presentations developed in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Present Innovaccer value proposition, demonstrate Innovaccer products, have strategic discussions about Innovaccer solutions using a consultative selling approach to support sales in meeting their quotas.
  • Support reviewing and responding to RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with sales, product, etc.
  • Participate in Development and Product Management meetings as required to offer clinical perspective and input. Provide clinical input to content and solutions.
  • Use healthcare industry knowledge and population health expertise to Influence Innovaccer’s product roadmap and help define the value story for Innovaccer solutions for clients.
  • Understand and address competitive product/solution positioning.
  • Ability to operate independently and lead complex client interactions from C-level to the operational level.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and manage multiple projects and accounts independently  and effectively. 

What You Need

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Healthcare IT Experience
  • 5+  Years Healthcare/VBC/Population Health Management Experience
  • 3+ Years Experience Supporting Sales and Delivering Enterprise Solution Demonstrations to the C-Suite, Key Stakeholders, and Influencers in a highly competitive environment.
  • 10+ years experience in a clinical environment or equivalent a must
  • Proficient in translating client requirements into engaging product demonstrations
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, preferably with a track record of success in persuasive communication
  • Deep understanding of current trends, opportunities and challenges in health information technology
  • First-person experience in managing complex health IT, quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives in a healthcare setting
  • Conversant and experienced in contemporary payment models including value-based care, shared savings, and similar programs
  • Able to provide clinical and workflow subject matter expertise in product demonstrations
  • Able to communicate and persuade in areas far outside of one’s comfort zone (for example presenting to specialists in domains unrelated to one’s own)
  • Able to connect with a broad array of healthcare professionals, identify problems, and propose
