About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a superstar HR Manager to join our People eXperience team as the Manager - Human Resource Business Partnering and dive into the exhilarating world of HR like never before! Are you ready to partner up with dynamic business teams, unravel deep insights about our company culture, and unleash your HR superpowers? We're looking for someone who doesn’t just ‘manage’ but magically transforms our workplace!

A Day in the Life

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to refine and implement HR strategies that are in tune with the company's goals.
  • Engage actively with teams to facilitate both annual and mid-year reviews, focusing on enhancing performance and nurturing talent.
  • Provide tactical HR guidance to help bridge the gap between broader business strategies and daily operations.
  • Actively contribute to team settings by sharing ideas and collaborating across different groups to foster a culture of innovation.
  • Manage  a comprehensive onboarding program to effectively integrate new employees into the organization, enhancing employee engagement and retention from the onset.
  • Cultivate a workplace that embraces rapid learning, adaptability, teamwork, and a positive response to change.
  • Promote a culture where knowledge sharing and efficiency are enhanced through automation and smart practices.
  • Oversee the assessment and development of competencies, manage performance, and support career development to ensure high productivity and retention of top talent.
  • Analyze feedback from team surveys and craft strategies to improve overall team morale and job satisfaction.
  • Offer expert advice and partnership on initiatives related to organizational development and structural adjustments.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with staff needs and company values, while also navigating new trends in workplace wellness and remote work accommodations.

 What You Need

  • Relevant Experience: Bring at least 5-7+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally as a business partner within a product or software company.
  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and flexibly in problem-solving, prioritizing innovative solutions over formal processes when appropriate.
  • Business Insight: Possess a sharp understanding of key business drivers and the ability to leverage this knowledge to influence positive outcomes.
  • HR Compliance Savvy: A robust grasp of HR compliance and  law, applying it effectively and pragmatically to support the business needs.
  • Multitasking Mastery: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Multi-Site Experience: Experience in advising across multiple states, familiar with a variety of employment terms and conditions, is preferred.
  • Project Management Proficiency: Skilled in developing project frameworks, monitoring key milestones, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure project success.
  • Data Analysis Expertise: Strong analytical abilities with experience in handling and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
