About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Data Ops Engineer who will work closely with our amazingly talented functional teams to provide an agile, inclusive, and effective learning ecosystem that inspires, drives development experiences, and enables shifts in learning mindsets. Your partners will be some of the world's most talented engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales teams, whom you will work closely with to ensure a high-performance culture. Your work is critical and will drive high company performance, and strengthen our people and organizational capabilities.

A Day in the Life

  • Create world class customer facing documentation which would delight and excite customers
  • Remove ambiguity in understanding things by documenting things and hence making the teams more efficient and effective 
  • Convert tacit knowledge to implicit knowledge 

What You Need

  • Responsible for all technical and functional aspects of all customers in the assigned region
  • Leading customer calls for at least 2-3 customers independently.
  • Actively working on and resolving customer tickets in JIRA
  • Experience in Advanced SQL & Unix
  • Strong Experience of ETL & Python support
  • Assisting the team in escalations in case of blockers.
  • Expert in data analysis, customer presentations and report creations
  • Owning platform upgrade and QA process effectively.
  • Implementing customer enhancements within the team’s scope.
  • Owning automation initiatives for his region and bringing them to successful closure.
  • Actively participating in the Hiring Process. 
  • Acting as the backup of SEM for his region 
  • Understanding of Team Effort Estimation, Backup planning and Rostering.
  • Independently leading team scrum sessions.
  • Proficient in understanding the business impact with criticality and priority needs of customers.
  • Realigning, prioritizing and finding alternative ways to meet sudden business changes.
  • Suggesting alternate plan of action in absence of clarity.
