About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Associate-Event Marketing who will work closely with our amazingly talented functional teams to provide an agile, inclusive, and effective learning ecosystem that inspires, drives development experiences, and enables shifts in learning mindsets. Your partners will be some of the world's most talented engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales teams, whom you will work closely with to ensure a high-performance culture. Your work is critical and will drive high company performance, and strengthen our people and organizational capabilities.

A Day in the Life

  • Take up event marketing avenues in an end-to-end manner through their entire lifecycle right from ideation to execution
  • Work with inter and intra-team stakeholders to get things done in a timely manner
  • Create, implement, and measure processes, workflows, and results at both individual and team levels
  • Understand project requirements and work on resolving issues at any level for timely implementation
  • Analyze and present relevant numbers pertaining to a particular project to prospects and organizational leadership
  • Take ownership of multiple projects at a time and conceptualize strategies to create highly effective processes
  • Work closely with product management, product engineering, digital marketing, events marketing, and content marketing teams to push the business forward
  • Conduct extensive market research, planning, documentation, and data aggregation for exploration, reporting, and visualization purposes
  • Exercise acumen in research skills to create a knowledge base that comes in handy in enterprise decision making
  • Utilize a blend of strong soft and interpersonal skills to interact with industry experts and then transform collective ideas into highly creative campaigns
  • Work diligently to create a niche for Innovaccer in relevant domains
  • Act as a single point of contact from Innovaccer's end to drive targeted conversations with industry leaders
  • Learn and build workflows to monitor progress over weeks and communicate things effectively to concerned stakeholders at all times
  • Own the complete business development & partnership process from lead capture to follow-up and tracking them through the entire sales cycle

What You Need

  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in event marketing, vendor management, or similar domain
  • Persistence and diligence to 'go the extra mile’ and unparalleled people skills
  • Basic understanding of U.S. healthcare is an advantage
  • Flair for written and spoken English with an impeccable command over grammar
  • Proactive, decisive, independent thinker and should be good at industry research
  • A multitasker who is comfortable working in a complex setting
  • Solution-oriented approach with proven ability producing technically accurate, high-quality results
  • The creativity that builds credibility with the audience
  • Must have natural business and product development acumen in order to qualify an opportunity
  • Should be able to define buyer personas and create tailored strategies for individual personas
  • A self-starter capable of making sense in unstructured situations

Our Noida office is situated in a posh techspace, equipped with various amenities to support our work environment. Here, we follow a five-day work week schedule, allowing us to efficiently carry out our tasks and collaborate effectively within our team.
