Regional Vice President, Customer Success (multiple openings)

Job Location:

InnovAccer, Inc.101 Mission Street, Suite 1950, San Francisco, CA 94105 (& travel to unanticipated client sites in U.S. & allows for telecommuting)

   

Job Duties:

With a moderate amount of independence, the Regional Vice President, Customer Success will be responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of new contracts, perform data mapping, data integrations, and analytical program development to support operational success in value-based care delivery, and expansion. Duties include:

  • Analyze each customer’s system designs and architecture, evaluating engineering and business needs, and applying independent judgment to develop processing systems that align technology solutions with business needs.
  • Lead functional and technical requirement gathering and translating technical and user requirements into systems designs and procedures based on proven design patterns and standardized architecture.
  • Liaise with customers to identify customized frameworks and KPIs to guide each customer to the best platform use.
  • Lead the strategy and design of system frameworks to improve and customize our product, recommending technical modifications to internal systems for the integration of novel external data interfaces.
  • Perform feasibility and operational assessments to conform external data systems to internal requirements and develop detailed technical documentation and manuals, identifying areas to improve operational efficiencies, and reducing internal costs.
  • Lead user acceptance and testing strategy, maintenance, and monitoring and reviewing and analyzing performance indicators to identify code problems.
  • Perform extensive data analysis and data mapping, to develop customized solutions for client problems, and improve business outcomes.

This position requires unanticipated travel to client sites in the US.

This position allows for telecommuting.

   
   
   

Education:

U.S. Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in CE, EE, IS, or directly related field. 

   

Experience:

Three (3) years of experience as a Consultant, Systems Analyst, Systems Engineer, or related occupation. 

   

Skills:

Must have experience with: PL/SQL, Stored procedures, VB Macros, Power BI, Tableau, Java/J2EE technologies.
