Your Role

The Senior Vice President of Product will be based in San Francisco and will report directly to, the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer. 

As the Senior Vice President- Product, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the product strategy, roadmap, development, and execution for our organization. You will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring product excellence, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership skills

A Day in the Life

  • Bringing a more systematic and scientific approach regarding what to prioritize and build Product marketing culture to both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Able to gain alignment on the roadmap and quickly gain buy-in to what is being built
  • Strong and effective communicator, able to closely collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other key executives in the US and India and other key geographies
  • Ability to travel to India approximately twice per year
  • Thought leader - able to communicate product roadmap, vision and strategic direction to enterprise customers, and deliver talks, webinars, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver world-class products through a first-class process; knows what excellence and quality look like and how to make it happen.
  • Able to systematically move business metrics forward: SAM, NRR, Value generated for customers, and R&D efficiency
  • Scale the Product Management team 

What You Need

  • Experience building platform products in an Enterprise SaaS environment including developer-centric products, for enterprise customers (Not necessarily healthcare/tech background)
  • Worked on a product with an enterprise version and understands enterprise requirements, terminology and buyers
  • Deep understanding of market positioning
  • Product Strategy/Execution: Capable of amplifying and driving both the strategy (definition of "what" to build/acquire and "why" - primary output being a product roadmap that all stakeholders buy into) and execution (turning the roadmap in to code/products/solutions/acquisitions working closely with engineering and partners) covering both the data activation platform and the developer platform that will allow 3rd party developers to build innovative healthcare apps (goal: 20 partner with apps on this platform/marketplace by EOY)
  • Quickly gain the respect of the engineering team
  • Inspire team by clearly articulating goals and objectives - analytical, deeply focused on KPI's and the need to ruthlessly prioritize
