Building a new company in the recession of 2007 was no ordinary task. Yet with passion and foresight, we charted our course, helping to transform the way consumers engage with their phones.

Over the last 17 years, InMobi has built a global Advertising Platform that powers our customers’ growth by helping them engage their audiences and drive real connections.

InMobi has also built a second unicorn, Glance, which is advancing digital consumption and creating a new wave of disruption. Present on 400M devices across India, SEA, Japan and the US – Glance is one of the largest content platforms globally with~200M daily active users.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Account and Partner Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring that the booked campaigns go live on time, run smoothly, and 100% deliver the revenue.
    • Develop a good understanding of clients’ business goals, monetization strategies, and performance metrics and support sales team to increase revenue and strengthen client relationships.
    • Monitor campaign performance closely, ensuring alignment with client objectives and recommending optimizations or improvement opportunities.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including ad operations, sales, product, finance to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
    • Lead regular performance reviews, providing insights and strategic recommendations to optimize monetization efforts.

  • Programmatic and Monetization Strategy:
    • Utilize your knowledge of GAM or similar platforms to advise on effective monetization strategies, including ad placements, formats, and pricing models.
    • Analyze data and generate actionable insights to help clients optimize their ad inventory and improve overall revenue.

  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, revenue generation, and other key metrics to keep clients informed and engaged.
    • Use analytics or BI tools to maintain dashboards, all reporting folders and centralized folder for materials.
    • Communicate insights effectively, translating complex data into understandable and actionable recommendations for clients.
    • Work with Finance to ensure all numbers are reported correctly.

What is expected out of you?

  • Client-Centric Mindset: You should be passionate about delivering exceptional client service, with a strong commitment to understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Analytical Prowess: You are expected to have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize client outcomes.
  • Monetization Expertise: A good understanding of GAM or similar ad management platforms would be a plus factor, along with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive client success and revenue growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial, as you will need to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: You should be adept at identifying issues and providing effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
  • Proactivity: Taking initiative is key in this role, whether it’s spotting new opportunities or addressing potential issues before they escalate.
  • Team Collaboration: While you’ll be managing, working closely with cross-functional teams is a must. Your ability to collaborate effectively will be vital to delivering seamless service to advertisers.
  • Project Management: Ability to take on small projects to completion to drive value to InMobi, Etisalat, or clients.

Experience:

  • 2 - 4 yrs. of relevant exp in Account Management or Monetisation


Preferred

  • Experienced in using Excel for data analysis, VLOOKUP functions, creating and utilizing pivot tables, and performing comprehensive data analysis.
