Title: VP Product - InMobi Commerce
Location: New York
Position summary:
As VP of Product - InMobi Commerce, you will deliver high growth and high impact products around Commerce and Retail Media at InMobi. You will be an integral part of the commerce team and a leader at InMobi deploying and operating one of the most crucial pieces of our business.
Building upon the foundation that many retailers love and desire to have, your work will result into generation and growth of high margin revenue for some of the largest retailers in USA.
As VP of product management, you will be adding to the team a strong understanding of Ad-Tech including Digital, Search, Video, Audience and Retail Media advertising. You have likely built and/or operated large scale Ad ecosystems before while leveraging the best technology has to offer around AI, ML and Automation and will bring to this team a deep understanding of building scalable, interoperable, omnichannel Ad Tech stacks. You experience and seniority and ability to zoom in and zoom out as required to provide a strategic vision and tactical direction to the teams around you will be a big help for the teams to do their best every day.
Commerce & Retail Media is one of the important initiatives strategically and your role will need you to engage with and influence key outcomes and teams across Tech & AI, Marketing, Business Development and Operations. Your leadership and ability to collaborate with rest of the globally present commerce team and larger InMobi leadership at large will help us to bring most value generating products for our customers.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Create and execute a value generating vision for retailers in the US
- Educate, Evangelize and Excite our customers as well as with internal stake holders about the solutions we bring to market
- Leverage InMobi Product Marketing and Sales machinery to build thought leadership within our customer base.
- Know your customers and their customers, build insights, define, and prioritize roadmap on what to deliver next
- Use of AI and ML to make InMobi products differentiated, cutting edge, Easy to use and high impact for our customers
- Work with our Engg team to communicate “what”, share the “why” and assist on the “how” for getting the best results for us as a unit
- Define and/or own pricing, packaging, positioning, use cases etc. along with peers and colleagues in commerce team
The Experience You'll Need:
- Entrepreneurial mindset – Owns and delivers with the spirit of “buck stops at me”. A problem solver with proven record of building tech systems that have solved some large scale problems for customers.
- Technical Leader with an ability to unlearn/learn and zoom in/out as needed
- 12+ years of work in product management. 8+ years of this in AdTech is mandatory. Retail Media/Shopper marketing experience will be a plus
- Domain understanding of AdTech as a business (Search, Display, Mobile, Video, CTV) as well as Tech across DSP, SSP, Exchange, AD Servers, Bidding, Identity and how it relates/transfers to the domain of retail media.
- Deep understanding of AI, Hands on delivery of AI driven products will certainly set you on fast track
- Data driven mindset and execution to make critical decisions towards product and business direction
- You will be exposed to global teams in a hybrid set up across seniorities as well as deal with customers on a regular basis
- Excellent command on communication – written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Strong organization skills to help you engage and work with hybrid teams at highest efficiency levels
