The Global Revenue Operations team is looking for a highly motivated Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager to run go-to-market strategy for our global InMobi Exchange sell-side business. As the Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive revenue including building global go-to-market strategies, improving the InMobi customer lifecycle and streamlining internal sales processes. The role will enable both the pre-sale and post-sale sides of the publisher supply sales cycle through providing data-driven insights, automation and facilitating cross-functional partnership with our global revenue teams.  


What you’ll do:  

  • Act as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to pre-sales and post-sales leadership teams  
  • Program manage revenue driving initiatives cross-functionally between Revenue, Product and Marketing teams 
  • Own revenue forecasting across sales teams including growth and scenario/seasonality analysis and pipeline management  
  • Drive quarterly and annual operating planning for the InMobi Exchange sell-side business 
  • Align supply sales strategy with demand revenue needs globally across four regional sales teams (NA, EMEA, APAC, China) 
  • Lead territory management across sales and customer success teams including building account segmentation, optimizing account coverage, and strategizing on service levels  
  • Lead quota planning for sales and customer success teams 
  • Own incentive strategy, design and administration for sales, customer success and product teams, aligning OKRs to unit-wise objectives  
  • Build automation and business process improvements using sales and BI tools and technology  


 Who you are:  

  • Excellent communicator with a proven track record in building trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams including Senior Executives, Product, Revenue/Sales Operations, HR, FP&A, Legal, Marketing & Business Intelligence  
  • Fluent in English including speaking and writing (all communications and meetings are in English)  
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills including the ability to manage several cross-functional work streams/projects at once  
  • Extremely analytical with attention to detail and accuracy in addition to being proficient in advanced Excel   
  • Thrive in rapidly changing business environments whilst inspiring excellence from yourself and business partners  
  • Have a great sense of team spirit and open mind to challenge the status quo  



  • Good understanding of Internet/Digital/Mobile advertising technologies  
  • Background in Management Consulting, Data Analytics, Sales Operations and/or Financial Planning & Analysis with increasing responsibilities  
  • Experience using advanced analytics software (Power BI, Looker, Tableau), CRMs (Salesforce) and/or connected planning tools (Anaplan) 
  • Experience in designing & managing Compensation and/or Incentives
