What we are looking for:
 
Experience of hiring mid-level / leadership roles in business teams, sales, marketing, and operations
Take ownership individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others
Proven ability to influence through change
Ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced environment
Superb oral and written communication skills
Strong business acumen, and an understanding of various talent communities across India
Self-assured, not easily thrown, has first-principles thinking
Awesome analytic skills; able to interpret and report out on data
6+ years of recruiting experience in a technology or agency environment. Bachelor's degree or higher.
