Purpose of Role

  • Execute on the InMobi/Microsoft Partnership to achieve the agreed goals
  • Be the first contact for all partnership related tasks including product, marketing and sales
  • Activate and drive the Microsoft direct sales teams and provide the bridge into the InMobi sales and solution partner organization

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-region Microsoft partnership evangelism
  • Work closely with the Microsoft APAC Program Managers / AEs and the regional sales leaders inside InMobi
  • Understand, identify, and maintain key joint pipeline and sales issues and use cases in the field
  • Help improve, develop, and align regional/global pipeline and field strategy processes
  • Provide hands-on support for client discussions and engagement in the field
  • Assist in executing field marketing and other activities focused on the MSFT partnership
  • Improve transparency, enablement, and coordination across field teams, MSFT and InMobi
  • Drive special projects or initiatives as related to the partnership

Requirements

  • Masters degree required, higher qualification is a plus
  • At least 10 years enterprise software company experience
  • Sales and partner business experience, proven ability to develop relationships and engage up to senior leadership
  • Track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota in partner sales or direct sales roles
  • Proven experience identifying sales opportunities and maintaining an active sales pipeline
  • Team player with ability to build trust and lead a virtual, diverse team to drive complex sales cycles and build an excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills up to senior and board level
