Job description:

Glance is looking to hire a user-oriented, creative and independent thinking content marketer. The person selected for this role will work closely with Glance's clients and the client-servicing team. The responsibilities for this job include:

  • Understanding a client's requirements (brand building versus user acquisition versus performance) from the Glance platform
  • Conceiving excellent content marketing concepts and campaigns that address these requirements, while also adhering to Glance's formats, and while holding user experience paramount
  • Ideating on new creative formats that can be executed on the lock screen to deliver maximum value to clients, and maximum delight to users
  • Tracking performance of campaigns closely, learning from analytics and looking to constantly improve output metrics

This is an extremely crucial role, given Glance's lean start-up structure, and the criticality of content marketing to the business proposition. The person hired for this role will have to be a strongly motivated person who enjoys the ride of continuously learning on the job, while seamlessly handling multiple simultaneous client deliverables. Since Glance is a new platform without too many parallels in the digital content space, the person selected will be expected to be a strategic thinker who constantly innovates with an eye on the future of mobile content.


  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Atleast 2 years of experience in working at a new-age content marketing organisation 
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
  • Diligent project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
  • Curiosity, passion and excitement at the opportunity to redefine how people consume mobile content.
