Job Description

 

inMarket is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing Teams. This person will work closely with our marketing team team to help track and distribute leads from inbound web leads, tradeshows, local events, conferences, demand generation initiatives (whitepapers, insights, benchmarks) . Strong analytical skills are required for this role. 

 

Duties

 

  • Assist with planning, pacing, reporting and campaign management of large-scale digital and offline campaigns

  • Coordinate and track marketing automation process from demand and lead generation to optimize lead to pipeline conversion

  • Improve and optimize MQL to sales accepted lead percentage 

  • Track and distribute leads across 25+ sales people

  • Support incoming RFP/RFI requests and prospect proposal development

  • Assist with events/conferences as an onsite member of the inMarket team

 

 





Requirements

 

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing or related field

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills

  • Very comfortable working in  Microsoft office, specifically Excel or Google sheets 

  • Experience working in marketing 

  • Structured thinking and organizational mindset

  • Self-motivation and keen eye for detail
