Position: Program Manager

We are looking for someone who is passionate about planning, execution, and team collaboration. You also love complex products that require multidisciplinary teams to realize. Our team is both ambitious and supportive, and we expect that new team members help build this team culture as the company grows.

As a member of our small, collaborative engineering team, you will work together with colleagues supporting the development of Inkbit’s 3D printing system. Your program management skills will help us deliver our first-in-kind technology to our customers by cross-functionally coordinating key development activities. This includes frequently interacting with members of Inkbit’s engineering, operations, and commercial teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing, planning, and directing program schedules and projects to ensure all requirements such as timelines, budget and resources are met.
  • Conducting roadmap and project planning including defining milestones and success criteria
  • Identifying and managing program risks and dependencies.
  • Tracking relevant program metrics and driving action items based on results and data.
  • Collaborating with the engineering, operations, and commercial teams to cross-functionally coordinate and manage critical activities.
  • Communicating program status to project teams, stakeholders, and the management team.

Core Requirements

  • BS in Engineering or a technical field
  • 10 years of experience as a Program or Project Manager
  • Experience with complex electromechanical products


  • Self-starter with the ability to work both as an individual and within a team, and to think outside of the box.
  • Ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills and a desire to take a hands-on approach to solving problems.
  • Working knowledge of productivity applications such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Smartsheets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Teamwork and motivational skills.
