About the role:

We are looking to add an International Workplace Coordinator to help with a variety of administrative tasks. This individual would need to sit in our Warszawa office. You would be encouraged to have  high energy, high positivity, and high performance. This person will lead in-office and virtual office coordination and logistics, including equipment provisioning, laptop/hardware management, software/tool administration, and new hire general onboarding. This person will need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.one. 

This role is great for someone with stellar organizational and people/communication skills, who is looking to get exposure in a high-growth tech startup environment. Come join us, grow with us, and help take us to the moon!

In this position, you will: 

  • Drive an in-office atmosphere that is high-energy, positive, and high-performing - in alignment with the INGENIOUS culture.
  • Manage laptop and hardware provisioning for both local and international team members.
  • Provide “lite” IT support to team members as applicable.
  • Management of software/tool access, account administration, and documentation
  • Perform new-hire onboarding activities
  • Develop additional office and virtual processes to continuously improve operations and productivity and elevate the work environment

Skills and Experience needed:

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint (or Google equivalent) and other office/productivity tools
  • High level of comfort working with, and troubleshooting, laptops and similar hardware
  • Ability to design and implement business processes
  • High degree of self-direction and independent drive
