Job Description 

 INGENIOIUS.BUILD is looking for a talented Director of Account Management to join our organization and be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing our team of Account Managers. The ideal candidate is highly driven, and a results-oriented individual with deep experience in software sales, especially in expanding existing clients across a multi-application platform. The successful applicant will have the ability to recognize new opportunities, spot potential challenges, and generate innovative solutions.


  • Delivering product presentations in an articulate and concise manner to decision-makers
  • Will be responsible for a small book of business as we build out the team
  • Will be managing individuals with Customers Success and Product backgrounds 
  • Creating and presenting proposal documents, advising on purchasing options, discussing and finalizing terms, and developing strategies for solutions 
  • Handling multiple tasks, setting clear objectives and achieving them within deadlines
  • Efficiently communicating, resolving issues, and working cooperatively with various internal teams
  • Approaching challenges and opportunities with a thorough, analytical and critical perspective
  • Some aspects of travel is expected to better partner with our customers 

Job Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 3 Years of Sales Management and Account Management experience is required 
  • Career Trajectory must show  growth and development 
  • Must be able to speak to a successful track record with carrying a quota 
  • Experience developing strategies, preparing prop
