INGENIOUS.BUILD is looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our organization and be responsible for leading, motivating, developing, and recruiting our team of Account Executives. The ideal candidate is an energetic, highly driven, and a results-oriented individual with deep experience in software sales, especially in expanding existing clients across a multi-application platform. The successful applicant will have the ability to recognize new opportunities, spot potential challenges, and generate innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering product presentations in an articulate and concise manner to both in-person and virtual audiences, including decision-makers
  • Creating and implementing a strategic sales plan to attain new business and expansion objectives set by the company
  • Creating and presenting proposal documents, advising on purchasing options, discussing and finalizing terms, and developing strategies for solutions 
  • Working in partnership with internal teams to recognize and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Effectively monitoring and forecasting sales activities utilizing a CRM system
  • Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, setting clear objectives and achieving them within deadlines
  • Efficiently communicating, resolving issues, and working cooperatively with various internal teams
  • Approaching challenges and opportunities with a thorough, analytical and critical perspective

Job Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 2 Years of Sales Management experience is required 
  • Must be able to speak to a successful track record with carrying a quota 
  • Must have experience building and scaling an Account Executive team 
  • Experience developing sales strategies, preparing proposals and quotes, and presenting networking products
  • Start up experience is required
