INFUSE is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manual Specialist to join us in making high-quality products. You'll conduct testing activities, and drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and delivery across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. This position presents an exciting opportunity to work on one of our projects in the American market. Our clients are large international companies, including Microsoft, Google, Lenovo, HP, Oracle, IBM, Cisco, Intel, Samsung, Panasonic, Vmware, Red Hat. Responsibilities:

  • Test plans and cases creation and execution: Design, develop, and document detailed and comprehensive test plans and cases based on established business requirements and design specifications. Execute test cases. Analysis of test results, and creation of clear and actionable bug reports.
  • Execute test cases for new features through standard functionality and edge case checks, as well as full regression cycles for existing work to prepare for upcoming releases.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams: Work closely with software developers, BA, Project Managers, and QA engineers to understand product requirements and define test strategies to build, and test complex functionality
  • Test planning and strategy: Participate in developing test plans and strategies, identifying key areas for automation, and ensuring adequate test coverage across various software system components.
  • Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
  • Report and escalate release bugs and production incidents.
  • API testing (use Postman)
  • Continuous learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques related to software testing and quality assurance. 

 Professional knowledge and skills needed:

  • 4+ years experience as a Software QA Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC,  tools for manual testing of web applications, QA terminology, and processes.
  • SQL and relational database experience.
  • Experience with API testing.
  • Experience in analyzing the requirements, performing test design, executing test cases, and reporting test results.
  • Experience with: Postman, DevTools, TestRail, JIRA, GIT
  • Experience with running and triaging automated test suites (Java + Selenium, IDE, Web Driver)
  • English - Intermediate+ (technical reading/writing)
  • Passion for quality, exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to describe and document clearly
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities
  • Ability to investigate, debug, and triage difficult problems and independently work towards results
