You will:

- Perform quality assurance for audio recordings:

- Make sure that the caller follows the provided phone script

- Make sure that all information on the call is aligned with the report.

- Checking if we can reach out to the prospect by the provided phone number

- Work with multiple international internal and external teams


- Advanced level of English (listening, speaking, writing, and speech)

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines.

- Attention to detail
