OUR HIRING PROCESS:

Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Sales Support Specialist who will be in charge of assisting our Sales Managers in research, verification and other data related projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the creation and execution of Lead Generation initiatives;  
  • Contact search, competitors information search, verifying the information (with using the open Internet sources), and other data related projects;
  • Data entry;
  • Ensuring that all the deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • English proficiency: Intermediate+ (written and verbal) level requires as a minimum;
  • Computer literacy including full knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and preferably Google Docs;
  • 1 year of experience working with data collection/verification or other data related projects will be an advantage;
  • Comfortable working with remote team members and participating in virtual meetings for training and direction;
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and time management skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team;
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and to work on tight deadlines;
  • Detail-focused and precise, especially for database work.
