Responsibilities of the Leader:

  1. Team Leadership/Functional Management:
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Manage resource allocation and project assignments, ensuring client satisfaction and team efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and establish learning goals for team members.
  • Collaborate on recruitment efforts to expand the Consultant team.
  1. Vertical Development and Growth:
  • Identify and cultivate growth opportunities for clients, collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives, including crafting proposals and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Guide the team in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within the industry.
  1. Client Delivery Accountability:
  • Oversee client projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of quality services.
  • Define project scope, manage resources, and address any scope creep or deviations.
  • Foster strategic partnerships to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role where you managed others. This includes providing feedback, having 1:1s, and coaching. 
  • You have worked in a consulting services environment and can apply those experiences to help guide your direct reports on topics around client management, allocation reporting, and task-switching.
  • You're empathetic and connect with your team: You understand the importance of empathy, forging strong connections with your direct reports, and providing meaningful feedback and coaching.
  • You drive accountability: You empower your diverse team to take ownership of their work, fostering a culture of responsibility and growth.
  • You thrive in a consulting environment: Your experience has honed your understanding of reporting, resource allocations, and supporting consultants through workload complexities.

Location: InfoTrust is a global, remote-friendly organization. Therefore, we are looking for the right candidate for this role and any one of the following locations:

  • Cincinnati, Ohio: Hybrid, In-person or remote
  • Chicago, IL: Hybrid, In-person or remote
  • US or Canada: Remote
  • Travel for client or team meetings: 10%
