What you’ll be doing:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure the job descriptions accurately describe the roles and that we’re sourcing and delivering candidates that fit
- Manage the recruiting process from sourcing to close (and everything in between)
- Manage Greenhouse (ATS) to ensure accurate data and reporting
- Create and manage meaningful recruiting metrics to highlight success and find areas for improvement
- Review recruiting strategy and processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Partner with external sourcing resources (contract recruiters, third party agencies) to ensure hiring success with those relationships
- Source passive candidates to provide an ongoing, qualified pipeline to hiring managers
Your skills and experience:
- You absolutely love recruiting and have at least 5 years’ experience with the full life cycle of recruiting with experience working with a start-up.
- You have significant experience sourcing, recruiting and closing A-Players
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial in this role, as is being able to build strong, healthy relationships with all kinds of people, at all levels. And these skills are something you have demonstrated in previous roles.
- Your sourcing experience will be very important as you build the candidate pipelines.
- When faced with challenges, you see opportunities.
- You are very organized and attention to detail is a strength.
- You learn quickly and are not afraid to ask questions, or ask for help.
