Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop new products based on marketing’s tickets and correspond with sourcing strategies; / 根据营销部门的需求开发新产品，并与采购策略对应
- Develop commodity based RFQs, competitive bidding, TDC analysis, supply chain design, negotiate, and award; 制定基于商品的询价邀请函（RFQ）、竞争性投标、总成本分析、供应链设计、谈判和奖励
- Implement supplier agreements and contracts to formalize relationships and business opportunities. Commercial negotiations with supplier including contract, business terms e.g. lead time, term of payment, cost saving; /执行供应商协议和合同，以正式确立关系和商业机会。与供应商进行商业谈判，包括合同、商业条款（如交货时间、付款条件、成本节约）；
- Meet or exceed goals of the annual cost savings program. Develop and implement the cost savings ideas and lead the cross-functional implementation teams for the ideas; / 实现或超越年度成本节约计划的目标。制定并实施节约成本的想法，并领导跨职能实施团队的想法；
- Participate in the supplier audit activities to secure a capable supplier base regarding quality, cost, delivery, service, risk, safety and environment; / 参与供应商审计活动，确保供应商基础具备质量、成本、交付、服务、风险、安全和环境方面的能力；
- Ensure suppliers meet all of Infinite Commerce’ service, quality and risk management requirements and manage corrective actions, improvement / recovery plans; / 确保供应商符合Infinite Commerce的所有服务、质量和风险管理要求，并管理纠正措施、改进/恢复计划；
- Continue to improve supplier performance through focus /management of supplier scorecard and the development of improvement plans as required to meet service expectations; / 通过关注/管理供应商评分卡和制定改进计划，持续改进供应商绩效，以满足服务期望；
- Administrate routine sourcing data and transaction in system; / 在系统中管理常规采购数据和交易；
- Track and monitor commodity market price and currency fluctuation to understand the impact to Infinite Commerce’ cost structure; / 追踪和监控商品市场价格和货币波动，了解对Infinite Commerce成本结构的影响；
- Developing and executing commodity strategies to help Infinite Commerce stay at a competitive cost level in the retail industry; / 制定并执行商品策略，帮助Infinite Commerce在零售行业保持竞争成本水平；
- Identify and develop new suppliers and processes; / 识别并开发新供应商和流程
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree, Major in Engineering or business preferred / 学士学位，工程或商业专业优先
- Relevant sourcing experience in multi-national companies for at least 5 years / 在跨国公司具有至少5年相关采购经验
- Good technical understanding, good understanding of cost drivers in procured materials / 良好的技术理解，对采购材料成本驱动因素有良好的理解
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement commodity strategies / 表现出制定和实施商品策略的能力
