The People Operations Specialist is responsible for a variety of administrative activities associated with supporting global Team Member payroll, data management, human resources system operations, remuneration, and benefit plans. The People Operations Specialist plays a critical and highly confidential role in maintaining Team Member records, processing changes, and compiling information for use by the People & Culture Team and business leaders.  / 人事运营专员负责与支持全球团队成员工资、数据管理、人力资源系统运营、薪酬和福利计划相关的各种行政活动。人事运营专员在维护团队成员记录、处理变更以及编制供人事和文化团队和业务领导使用的信息方面发挥着关键和高度机密的作用。

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for data management in various People Operations (HR) systems e.g. ADP WorkforceNow, Ding Talk, DocuSign, Cornerstone-On-Demand, Pingboard, Globalization Partners, and Microsoft O365.  / 负责管理各种人力资源运营(HR)系统中的数据,例如ADP WorkforceNow,Ding Talk,DocuSign,Cornerstone-On-Demand,Pingboard,Globalization Partners和Microsoft O365。

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics and/or Business from a top university; additional work experience may be substituted for an earned degree on a year-for-year basis.  / 统计学和/或商业专业的学士或硕士学位,来自一所顶尖大学;额外的工作经验可以按年度基础替代获得的学位。
