Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing affiliate programs and networks, as well as developing and expanding new affiliate networks. As an integral part of our marketing strategy, the Amazon Affiliate Marketing Specialist will leverage both the Amazon Associates Program and Brand Attribution Links to drive revenue and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities:
Program Management
- Oversee and optimize existing affiliate programs to ensure maximum performance and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program success and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with current affiliate partners, providing support and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Network Development
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the reach and impact of the affiliate marketing strategy.
- Develop and execute strategies to build and grow affiliate networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate affiliate marketing into broader marketing initiatives.
Amazon Associates Program
- Leverage the Amazon Associates Program to create effective and engaging campaigns.
- Stay updated on Amazon's policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance in all affiliate marketing activities.
- Optimize content and creatives for affiliate promotions to drive click-through and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably with a focus on Amazon Associates.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Amazon's ecosystem and policies related to affiliate marketing.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
