This role can be based in Berlin or London.


As Infarm's “Global Transactions Support Manager” you will:

  • Support the front end deal sourcing and closing team by overseeing transactions globally 
  • Oversee term sheet and legal aspects of lease negotiations; ensure advantageous terms
  • Collaborate with all functions to create strategic interaction on each deal
  • Prepare Real Estate Leases and Term Sheets
  • Oversee each phase of the real estate transactions from a legal perspective
  • Manage transactions in a timely manner
  • Create strategic long-term plans to achieve goals
  • Work with local Lawyers globally to ensure best lease agreements globally  


  • 5+ years experience in a transaction management or similar role (a legal background is preferred)
  • Experience managing commercial real estate transactions globally and working with local entities to ensure best results
  • Experience with logistics, distribution, manufacturing type assets will be an advantage 
  • Relationship - and partnership-building with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong capabilities with commercial lease negotiations
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Teamwork, cooperation, and ability to develop others
  • Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
  • Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented
  • Excels under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
