Responsibilities:

As our Team Lead People Operations, you will optimize our current HR processes and implement new ones when it comes to People Operations

  • Develop, implement and maintain our HR policies, procedures and templates across all locations, to ensure effective, fair and consistent support.
  • Manage and lead our People Operations team to guide the team to its objectives, whilst also provide necessary training and development for individual and team success. 
  • Maintain expert knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage HR issues across our locations as infarm expands across the globe.
  • Provide caring, yet professional HR-related operational services and support to all infarm employees and people managers.
  • Manage relationships with outsourced payroll providers and ensure payroll processes are smooth and functional.
  • Work closely with employees and managers, providing them with expert guidance, coachingand support on the full range of HR operational activities across our locations.
  • Take on full responsibility for resolving and managing investigations, grievances and any other HR matters in conjunction with policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience of working in HR Operations
  • 1+ years of experience of working in a leading role
  • Fluent business English, at least C1/C2 level
  • Fluent German (at least C2 or native level)
  • Experience working in a start-up or a fast-growing company
  • Detailed knowledge of international labour law, international contract law, international payroll administration, with a European focus
  • Experience working with external payroll providers
  • You love to build things from scratch and have a positive attitude
