  • Provide labour law expertise and guidance to different stakeholders while ensuring the operations being up-to-date and in compliance with the law
  • Prepare payroll data and act as the main point of contact for local payroll, health insurance and pension providers
  • Create employee documents such as contracts, reference letters, employment confirmations
  • Communicate with new hires regarding contracts and onboarding topics
  • Coordinate with other departments on various onboarding tasks
  • Organise and manage physical and digital employee files
  • Manage employee benefit programs
  • Provide insights into best practices in terms of personnel training and development
  • Drive improvement of processes to make the work of our team more effective 
  • Assist the Expansion Team with regard to the employment regulation when setting up new international offices


  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Administration
  • 2+ experience as People Operations Manager or a similar position
  • Knowledge of the US labour law and proven experience in the area
  • Extremely organised and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Knowledge of Canadian labour law in a plus
