Responsibilities:

  • Act as a go-to expert for electrical and technical issues for our Maintenance and Installation teams as we expand across North America, and support on issues that might arise during day-to-day operations
  • Take the lead on electrical issues related to large scale hub installation projects, liaising closely with contractors to ensure sites have the infrastructure needed to host our systems
  • Work on grounds with Installation team to instal units at our client locations across the US and Canada 
  • Develop a deep understanding of our technology with the support of Berlin team and our knowledge base 

Requirements:

  • You are a licensed and certified Electrician with at least 3 years professional experience in commercial fields in addition to a vocational apprenticeship
  • Methodical approach to isolating problems 
  • Wide knowledge of electrical systems and applications
  • Excellent multitasking skills - ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
  • Good communication skills and time management skills
  • Strong team-work skills
  • Pro-active attitude and willingness to take initiatives on your own
  • Willingness to travel internationally 
  • Experience in LED systems and software controllers is a plus
  • Working experience with high voltage lines is a plus
  • Experience in Mechanical and Plumbing (Hydroponics specifically) is a plus

Regular travel is required in this role, and will be compensated in addition to basic salary.
