Responsibilities:

  • Act as an employee champion and change agent, being a reliable point of contact and advisor for employees and managers during a phase of rapid company growth
  • Ensure outstanding customer focus by delivering strategic, best-in-class HR support to internal customer groups
  • Understand the key business goals and business priorities to deduct the best HR initiatives and support
  • Build strong business relationships with dedicated stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in operational and strategic HR positions, ideally within an international environment
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Knowledge in employment law
  • Ability to influence and drive change 
  • University degree or related education
  • Strong business acumen
  • Growth mindset
  • Self-reliant and collaborative way of working
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English. Full German proficiency is also highly preferred
