About The Role
Industrious is looking for an experienced partnerships and programming person to join our rapidly expanding marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, National Network, this person will lead the development of a robust activation calendar to foster community engagement with our members and create highly engaging, thoughtful events that elevate our brand story while reaching new audiences. In this role, you will be charged with the development, execution, and management of our national partnerships and programming initiatives. The ideal candidate has a mix of strategy, business development, relationship management, and event programming.
Vet, generate, identify, and secure activation opportunities to result in positive press coverage, email acquisition, new members, and customer loyalty
Create custom proposal and define and key metrics for success aligned with Industrious and our partner
Lead all the programming creative, promotions, and logistics in partnership with the regional marketing team
Manage all partner relationships and measure performance to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships
Develop and implement on-site, immediate follow-up and longer-term engagement strategy for new audiences and our current member base and set activation standards and playbooks for the team to utilize
Define, source, and execute new or different partnership models to evaluate possible ROI
Leverage findings from partnerships as it relates to their performance metrics and our goals in order to inform the partnerships roadmap and strategy
7-10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, and/or event programming
Experience developing successful partnerships and programming models from the ground up
Exceptional communication skills and articulate negotiator
Proven-track record of building superior partnerships that deliver exceptional results and ROI
Capable of prioritizing, leading, and managing high impact activities
Experience working in a high-growth company is a plus
