About the Role:
There’s an art and science to developing great people. We’re looking for a creative thinker and people scientist to help our rapidly growing team. You’ll help our employees and managers deliver against our strategy by giving them the opportunities for personal growth and the learning support they need.
You will report to the Senior Director, Learning & Development on our People Team and will be responsible for working side by side with HR Business Partners and department heads across the organization to develop and deliver engaging and forward-thinking programs and processes that help employees and managers perform in their current role and develop for the next. This will include a range of things like onboarding, professional and career development, leader development, employee engagement, and product and sales training, for example.
We have an exciting challenge as we look to double in size over the next year. The role will require someone who can quickly partner with a growing group of leaders to assess and deliver against their unique people development needs and the agility to work in a complex and fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:
Analyze and assess the organizational and people development needs of our departments to help them to deliver against their strategy and goals, advocate for innovation solutions, and deliver and measure the impact of that work
Develop and deliver learning, career, leader, and professional development solutions; things like our new employee onboarding, continuous performance management, career navigation tools, face-to-face and virtual leadership training
Assist in the administration of our performance management, onboarding, learning, and other people related technology; things like our LMS, HRIS, and online knowledge management tools.
Provide important insights from strong people analytics that link learning and people development programs with individual goals and business-line results
Required skills and experiences:
5-7 years of experience in learning and development, people analytics, or other HR roles
Excellent facilitation across functions and at all levels, including leadership
Strong track record of navigating complex, matrixed, and/or growing organizations
Demonstrated ability to collect the right data and understand the impact of people development programs on company strategy and goals
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver custom and innovate people development solutions
Proven success remaining agile in a face-paced environment
Ability to form partnerships and influence employees at all levels of the organization
Experience with an LMS, HRIS, or similar technology
Experience in high-growth environments preferred
