About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition team at Industrious plays a key role in driving company objectives by working with business leaders, hiring managers and interview team to attract and hire the best talent. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will assist with delivering a best-in-class candidate experience to all prospective employees. This is a exciting, hands-on role which will provide you with exposure to all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle and where you’ll see the impact of your work each day. Most importantly, our team loves what we do and we have a ton of fun doing it!
Provide an extremely positive, high-touch experience for candidates throughout the interview process
Support the entire recruiting lifecycle, from scheduling interviews through the onboarding of new hires
Greet onsite candidates and ensure their experience is consistent with our values and service principles
Establish strong working relationships with hiring managers, recruiting team and candidates
Communicate in a professional and respectful manner with candidates and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality
Post and maintain our opportunities across a variety of job boards
Assist with recruitment marketing & recruitment events/opportunities; conduct research on new recruiting trends
Help to maintain the data integrity of our applicant tracking system
Assist with ad hoc administrative projects
At least 2+ years of professional work experience as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator or have supported an executive team leader at a fast growing company
Operated with a high sense of urgency and love being one step ahead
Organization systems that are so good that they keep others organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an energetic personality
Ability to adjust in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize
Proactive problem solving and critical thinking skills
Experience with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking software
