The Regulatory and Compliance Coordinator will provide support to Indigo’s Regulatory Manager to enable the commercialization of Indigo’s products domestically and internationally.  He/she will be responsible for preparation of dossiers, maintenance of regulatory data integrity and logistics in support of product registrations and renewals. This role reports directly to the Regulatory & Compliance Manager, Abiotic Seed Applied Technology and will work closely with Discovery, Quality Assurance, Bioprocessing and Project Management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares State renewal and new registration dossiers to be reviewed by Regulatory Manager
  •  Organizes regulatory documents and prepares forms and other documentation as needed
  • Carries out State tonnage reporting (fertilizer, soil/plant amendment)
  • Supports regulatory team as needed with domestic and/or international dossiers
  • Perform literature search of microorganisms to support domestic and/or foreign registrations and
    import of Indigo’s microbial inoculants
  • Maintains integrity of regulatory data
  • Supports Regulatory team with product MSDS’s and label development
  • Works effectively with scientists to facilitate timely acquisition of data for dossiers
  • Carries out other work assignments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, background on environmental sciences preferred
