The Indigo Partners Business Operations Analyst will partner with the Indigo Partners Management Team in building the world’s largest and most valuable agricultural lab.

 

 Outcomes:

  • Develop and execute on the Indigo Partners grower and customer experience
  • Serve as conduit between hub managers operations and Indigo Partners management
  • Design and own grower tracking system that is easily updatable, providing transparency of program status to key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute on communication strategy for growers and Advisory Board members
  • Own all aspects of and flawlessly organize and execute key events throughout the year that enable Indigo Partner’s success

Attributes and Competencies:

  • Working knowledge of basic business analysis tools and concepts
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to hold and understand several complex ideas simultaneously across cross functional teams
  • Dedicated, respectful and passionate about the vision of Indigo
  • Willingness to travel frequently to the field to learn about, deploy, and maintain technologies
  • Passionately devoted to improving farmer profitability, consumer health, and the environmental sustainability of our food system

Experience:

  • Undergrad degree in business, math, engineering, science, agronomy, or related field with 3.5+ GPA
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Agriculture and food background interest preferred
