The Application Support Intern will play a key role in the support of Indigo in-house applications, as well as external tier 1 platforms. This person will play a key role in providing exceptional IT Service to both the end users and the Development teams.


  • Hands-on triaging of code and data issues

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or any Information Technology related field
  • Experience working in an ITIL based Service Desk/Helpdesk preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, or similar technology preferred
  • Data troubleshooting experience (Oracle, SQL, MySql, Postgres, etc.)
  • Some coding and scripting experience strongly preferred (node.js, Python, etc.)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly pivoting environment
