Responsibilities:

  • Designs country technology working model together with Product Management and IT
    • Ensures the communication and input from global and local stakeholders
    • Fully aligned data flow across the different interfaces (software front end and enterprise architecture Oracle, SFDC MDM, etc.)
    • Regional / country needs in GTM & Operations fully supported by state-of-the art IT/Tech Design and process
    • Acts as the “translator” of tech at regional level
    • Develops a clear understanding of commercial (and functional) priorities and establishes clarity of key users and their needs
    • Develops trust-based relationships and rapport with the respective global counterparts from Software Product, IT - also liaises with GeoInnovation to incorporate Atlas as needed in local Software offer
  • Develops clear process on data collection and data flows from customers to global (into Data Sciences team) and back; understands the need to deliver data-based value for customers
  • Assumes local IT services support including office technology support and laptop deployments
    • Explore local opportunities - benchmarks on region level / compare with what we have and communicate with global structures
    • Become the trusted advisor and single point of contact for all region-related technology matters
  • Takes local ownership of technology implementation projects (e.g. ERP implementation)
    • Develops a clear roadmap of the technology priorities, jointly with the respective global counterparts, including milestones, deliverables, resource needs
    • Prior to any business launch in region, has ensured horizontal technology readiness (i.e. across software product, SFDC, Oracle, etc.), including user testing, user training, MVP, and post-launch support
  • Designs and builds the team and the local capability
    • Continuously build the necessary local team to deliver against the technology roadmaps always mirroring the requirements
    • Ability to hire a team of A players
    • Acts as an enabler locally for offshoring processes; manages local vendors

Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM & ERP (preferably Salesforce.com and Oracle)
  • 8+ years in a technology business partner or equivalent role
  • End user support / training experience
  • Experience creating process flow diagrams
  • Experience creating functional specifications & collaborating with technical teams on development
  • Experience managing external vendors & solution providers
  • Experience with data analytics, business intelligence & report / dashboard creation
  • Fluency in English and a second European language nice to have
