The Director of IT – Customer to Cash is responsible for IT design, build, test and delivery of all applications across the Customer to Cash landscape. Customer to Cash at Indigo includes all traditional transactional aspects of Quote to Cash as well as Customer Master, and eCommerce. Experience in high volume, real-time order marketplaces is key. This role will also define the IT strategy for B2C and B2B including digital marketplace and distributed ledger technologies. This is a senior leadership role who will own business relationships and serve as the senior IT Delivery mgmt. position in Memphis. Critical to this role is the ability to create & maintain strategic partnerships with business leaders, rapidly deliver and iterate in a product driven IT landscape and to build teams across Salesforce, eCommerce, and Oracle ERP.



  • Adopt and refine OTC and eCommerce roadmaps in partnership with business partners, Software Engineering, IT Product Management and Architecture
  • Create and staff delivery plan for Carbon Marketplace, Consumer Products, Indigo Marketplace
  • Become a trusted partner to functional / business leaders of Commercial, Consumer, Digital and Finance organizations
  • Establish partnerships with external parties to further marketplace and DLT development and delivery
  • Complete buildout of delivery teams across platforms to support business growth objectives

  • 10+ years experience delivering innovative Order to Cash solutions
  • 5+ years experience as an IT Business Partner or similar role involving strategic partnership with senior stakeholders
  • 5+ years experience working in a product led environment, collaborating across product, engineering and IT teams
  • 5+ years experience Oracle Cloud ERP\EBS (Order Management, OIC, Inventory, Finance, Customer master)
  • 5+ years experience Salesforce (CPQ, Sales / Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Conga)
  • 5+ years experience eCommerce, marketplace and ledger platforms such as Blockchain, Hybris, Mirakl
  • Knowledge and understanding of platform based AI, ML and DLT technologies, AWS or Azure
  • Knowledge and understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies such as Mulesoft, Kafka
  • Track record of global technology rollouts, including change management
  • Agile/SCRUM delivery framework experience, Atlassian Jira/Confluence experience preferred
  • Can travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, System Engineering or a related field
